Red Cell Partners Appoints Retired Admiral John C. Aquilino as Advisor to National Security Practice

MCLEAN, Va., May 29, 2025 (TECH INFO SCENE) — Investment and incubation firm Red Cell Partners has announced the appointment of retired Admiral John C. Aquilino as an advisor to its National Security Practice.
Aquilino most recently served as the 26th Commander of the United States Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), overseeing military operations across 36 nations and nearly 400,000 military and civilian personnel. He retired in July 2024 after a four-decade military career.
During his tenure at INDOPACOM, Aquilino led strategic initiatives such as the "Seize the Initiative" program, aimed at enhancing combat readiness and strengthening deterrence. His previous roles include Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, U.S. Fifth Fleet and Naval Forces Central Command, and Carrier Strike Group 2. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), the Joint Forces Staff College, and Harvard Kennedy School's executive education program.
