DENVER, February 22, 2026 (TECH INFO SCENE) — Data center provider Vantage Data Centers, a technology company specializing in hyperscale data center campuses, has appointed Alicia Ruckteschler as Chief Procurement Officer.

Ruckteschler will lead the company’s global procurement function, overseeing sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships and operations as Vantage continues expanding its global portfolio. She will report to Jeff Tench, global executive vice president, and will be based in Denver.

Ruckteschler will manage procurement across the project lifecycle, working with internal technical teams and external vendors to align sourcing decisions with design, construction and long-term operational priorities. The role includes advancing a globally coordinated procurement model focused on supplier partnerships and operational resilience.
Ruckteschler brings more than 20 years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience in data center, infrastructure and technology organizations. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief procurement officer at Equinix, where she led a global team of more than 140 professionals overseeing a portfolio of 275 data centers across 75 markets. Her responsibilities included capital equipment, power procurement, network infrastructure, software and construction services. In 2024, she advised the bipartisan U.S. House AI Task Force on data center infrastructure, energy and supply chain considerations.
Earlier in her career, Ruckteschler led infrastructure commodity management at Google, supporting global data center deployments through strategic sourcing initiatives. She has also held procurement leadership roles in construction and development environments.
