Oliver brings more than three decades of experience expanding technology-driven businesses within the national security market. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of ID Technologies, where he led the firm’s transformation into a provider of mission-focused product solutions and managed services. During his tenure, he oversaw strategic acquisitions, strengthened software and product teams, and guided the development of Archon Secure, a secure remote-access platform for national security customers. The company was sold to a major defense contractor in 2022.

“For Vibrint and its customers, this is a moment when focus and execution matter. When you’re building products for national security customers, you don’t get the luxury of trial and error — they have to work. I’m excited to help accelerate Vibrint’s product engine and gear up solutions to market at a pace and volume that meet mission demands head-on,” said Oliver.

Vibrint’s capabilities include cybersecurity, quantum modernization, high-performance computing, advanced analytics, digital engineering, and secure mission systems integration. The company supports defense and intelligence customers from strategy through deployment, delivering scalable and compliant solutions for operational environments.

Vibrint is also hiring for more than 100 engineering, cyber, and mission-focused roles across Maryland, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
