Whitney joined Blackline Safety five years ago and has overseen the company's workforce expansion from 280 to nearly 600 employees. Under her leadership, the company reports that employee engagement has increased to 80% and job satisfaction to 82%, compared to a tech industry average of 67%. The company also noted that average employee tenure has risen to 3.5 years, exceeding the industry benchmark of two years.
