Kurtz brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience in defense intelligence, ISR modernization, and enterprise program delivery. She previously spent almost two decades at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led European intelligence programs from the United Kingdom, directed Army intelligence programs in the Pacific and the continental United States, and contributed to ISR modernization initiatives at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center.
