TEL AVIV, August 6, 2025 (TECH INFO SCENE) — Technology company MCE Systems has appointed Alon Gilady as Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Gilady will support the growth of MCE’s AI-based product portfolio and contribute to the company’s expansion across global markets. The appointment is part of MCE’s broader effort to advance its innovation roadmap, particularly in the telecom industry.

Gilady was previously the co-founder and CEO of Renovai, an AI startup that developed a visual recommendation platform for ecommerce and retail. His leadership at Renovai included building Agentic AI systems that integrated computer vision and design logic, resulting in partnerships with brands such as Kmart, Temple & Webster, and John Lewis.

"I really see a huge opportunity here in the telecoms space for mobile operators to apply AI purposefully in customer-facing applications and get the kind of business-led results they’ve been looking for. MCE’s mission to improve the customer mobile device experience with AI really resonated with me and I believe their AI-led approach will help advance the industry to where it wants to go," said Gilady.

As COO, Gilady will oversee the company’s operational strategy and execution. MCE’s product platform, known as dDLM (digital Device Lifecycle Management), provides AI-powered services that assist mobile operators in managing device-related customer interactions across the entire ownership period. This includes onboarding, in-life service, and upgrades.

Among the AI solutions highlighted by the company are its Agentic AI chatbot, which enhances personalized customer interaction, and a computer vision-based cosmetic grading tool, which enables remote device trade-ins and insurance purchases without store visits.

"Alon brings a unique combination of startup spirit, AI product go-to-market expertise and a strong grasp of operational excellence. His experience scaling product-driven companies will be instrumental as we continue to grow our AI and device-related product portfolio and deliver next-generation solutions to the mobile device space worldwide," said Yuval Blumental, CEO of MCE Systems.

Founded in 2005, MCE provides digital-first lifecycle management platforms for mobile operators and their partners. The company is recognized for its AI-led approach and has received eleven consecutive gold awards, including honors from The Stevie Awards.
