DETROIT, October 29, 2025 (TECH INFO SCENE) – Real estate technology company Aivre has launched its artificial intelligence–powered appraisal platform, verified to comply with the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 standards established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The platform is the first in the United States to complete the UAD 3.6 verification process, which transitions residential appraisal reporting to a more data-driven format.

“This is a watershed moment for the appraisal industry. As UAD 3.6 reshapes the field, appraisers deserve technology that supports their judgment while improving speed and accuracy. We’re proud to have the backing of DGB, whose belief in human-centered innovation mirrors our mission to ensure AI advances — not replaces — human expertise,” said Jake Lew, Co-Founder and CEO of Aivre.

According to the company, Aivre’s system was developed specifically for appraisers to enhance workflow efficiency without replacing professional oversight. Early testing showed appraisers could save more than three hours per report and reduce revisions by nearly 30% while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Lew credited the company’s development team, led by Chief Technology Officer Jordan Lesson, for creating a platform that balances artificial intelligence innovation with regulatory requirements.

“I could not be prouder of the tireless work of Jordan and the entire development team. They’ve built a platform that balances AI innovation with regulatory rigor, ensuring appraisers are supported under the new UAD,” said Lew.

Representatives from both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac acknowledged the platform’s alignment with their digital initiatives to improve efficiency and transparency in the appraisal process.

“We are excited to see solutions like Aivre supporting the new UAD residential appraisal report by fostering data-driven innovation. Verification tools like this augment appraisers’ expertise, helping them produce consistent, transparent, and efficient appraisals,” said Kenneth DeFeo, Senior Manager of Single-Family Collateral Risk at Fannie Mae.

“The collaboration with Aivre demonstrates our continued focus on digital tools that improve speed and efficiency while facilitating more reliable risk analysis and helping drive lenders’ data-driven underwriting decisions. Aivre's implementation of the UAD Compliance API within their platform will offer appraisers valuable, early insight into these rules before the appraisal report is completed,” said Daniel Miller, Senior Director of Strategic Technology Relationships at Freddie Mac.

Based in Troy, Michigan, Aivre develops artificial intelligence tools designed to streamline property appraisals while maintaining compliance and transparency for appraisers, lenders, and regulators.
