IQM Appoints Barbara Venneman to Board of Directors

ESPOO, Finland, June 13, 2026 (TECH INFO SCENE) — Quantum computing company IQM Quantum Computers has appointed Barbara Venneman to its Board of Directors as the company expands its global operations and prepares for a planned Nasdaq listing.

Venneman brings more than 30 years of experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and business strategy. She most recently served as Global Head of Deloitte Digital and previously held senior leadership positions focused on growth, technology commercialization, and global business development.

The company also announced that Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Jan Goetz will replace Co-founder Juha Vartiainen as the founder representative on the board.
Venneman currently serves on the board of directors of Vanguard and is a member of the advisory board of Decagon AI. Her previous board experience includes service with the nonprofit organization Reality Changers.
