Moncur joined Crumbl in 2020 as Vice President of Engineering, where he led the company's technology team through its rapid growth. He helped develop Crumbl's early mobile ordering applications and led its launch on Apple Vision Pro, making the brand one of the first food and beverage companies to debut on the platform.

Moncur succeeds Bryce Redd, who will transition into a strategic advisor role during the leadership change. The appointment is part of Crumbl's broader executive leadership transition announced earlier this year, with co-founders Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley remaining in their current positions until successors are appointed.

"We are thrilled to recognize Jake's contributions with this well-earned promotion. Jake has been a cornerstone of how we have built and scaled this company, and there is no one better positioned to lead our technology forward. We are moving with purpose to build a deep bench of talent, and his appointment is exactly the kind of progress we are excited to share. Crumbl has built something special, and I have had a front-row seat to it. I am proud of the foundation this team has built and energized by what we get to build next for our customers and franchise partners. Building Crumbl's technology from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Jake has been a key part of everything we have built, and I have full confidence in his vision and leadership as he takes the reins. I look forward to seeing what this team builds next," said Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Co-Founders of Crumbl, Jacob Moncur, Chief Technology Officer of Crumbl, and Bryce Redd, Senior Advisor and Board Member.

Founded in 2017, Crumbl operates nearly 1,200 dessert franchise locations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, offering a rotating menu of specialty cookies and desserts.
