Motorola Solutions Appoints Mark Lashier to Board of Directors

CHICAGO, November 19, 2025 (TECH INFO SCENE) — Safety and security technology company Motorola Solutions has appointed Mark Lashier to its board of directors. Lashier is chairman and chief executive officer of Phillips 66 and has more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles across the energy and petrochemical sectors.

Lashier leads Phillips 66, a global integrated downstream energy provider, where he has also served as president and CEO. His previous roles include serving as president and CEO of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, a joint venture of Phillips 66 and Chevron. His professional affiliations include the American Petroleum Institute’s executive committee, the board of the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers, the Business Roundtable, the Business Council, and the National Petroleum Council.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a doctorate in chemical engineering from Iowa State University and is the inventor on 13 U.S. patents.
